This light, fluffy baked oatmeal dish is always a big hit with our guests. This oatmeal will even please those who thought they never liked oatmeal.
  • 1-1/2 Cup Quick Cooking Oats
  • ½ Cup Milk
  • ½ Cup Sugar (brown sugar)
  • ¼ Cup butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. Baking Powder
  • ¾ tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  1. Combine all eight ingredients; mix well.
  2. Spread evenly in greased 9x13 pan.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
  4. Spoon onto bowls and add warm milk & fresh fruit as desired.
