We will soon begin our remodel project on the Penn Cove Suite and the entryway to the Kineth House. We will remain open during the remodeling and there will be little or no impact on guests. Only the four guest rooms of the Coupe-Gillespie house will be available until February 11th.

The two neighboring restored historic homes that comprise the Blue Goose Inn are ornaments of Victorian beauty, matching in both nostalgia and charm while providing every modern amenity.
BreakfastNook-700x350For breakfast, you’ll be treated to a wide range of hot gourmet breakfasts made from scratch with fresh, local ingredients. The table setting includes homemade syrups, jams and baked goods along with fresh ground coffee from local roasters, selection of teas and fresh juice of your choice.

In case you're wondering, one small detail in the bathroom for the Penn Cove Suite has delayed our grand re-opening of this room. The glass shower doors won't be installed until next week. In the mean time, here's a few snap shots of the upgraded bathroom.

The new tile floors have a radiant in-floor heating system to take the chill off. The brand new shower has a rain-head and the historic claw-foot tub has been reglazed too.
